2.1 Information You Provide

• Business name, owner name, and contact information provided during onboarding
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Business phone numbers, website URLs, and social media account access credentials
• Customer lists or contact information you share with us for automation services
• Communications you send to us via email or our contact form

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

• Website usage data via standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
• Performance data from the services we operate on your behalf (call logs, SMS delivery reports, review counts, social media analytics)

2.3 Information From Third Parties

• Google Business Profile data accessed through your authorized account
• Social media platform data from accounts you authorize us to manage
• Payment and identity verification data from Stripe

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver and manage your Presency subscription services
• To configure and operate automations on your behalf (Twilio, Make.com, Google Business Profile, social media scheduling)
• To process payments and manage your billing
• To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support
• To generate monthly performance reports for your business
• To improve our services and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as follows:

• Service providers: Twilio (SMS), Make.com (automation), Google (Business Profile), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting). Each provider has their own privacy policy.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to you.

We never share your customer data with other Presency clients or third-party advertisers.

5. Your Customers' Data

In the course of providing services, we may process personal data belonging to your customers (such as phone numbers for missed call text-back and review requests). You are the data controller for your customers' data. We process it only on your behalf and under your instruction. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share this data with us and that your customers have appropriate notice that they may be contacted via automated systems.

6. Data Retention

• Active client data is retained for the duration of your subscription
• After cancellation, we retain account data for 90 days before deletion
• Payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years)
• You may request immediate deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure database storage via Supabase with row-level security, and restricted access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of a data breach affecting your information.

8. Cookies

Our website (presencyco.com) uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use our services.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your data
